From Manhattan boardrooms to a cancer diagnosis to building something beautiful from the ground up — this is the story of a woman who refused to let go of her vision.

Founder & Creative Director
Lil Love Party Planning
There are people who plan events, and then there are people who understand, in their bones, why those events matter. She is the latter. And the reason runs deeper than talent — it runs through her story.
She built her career at the intersection of creativity and excellence, directing events for some of the most recognized companies in the world. She knew how to read a room, command a team, and deliver an experience that left people speechless.
Then life asked her to survive something far more difficult than any event she had ever managed. And she did. With grace, with grit, and with her creative spirit completely intact.
"I didn't lose my vision when I lost my job. I just finally had the space to make it entirely my own."
Lil Love Party Planning is the beautiful result of that clarity. It is a business built not just on skill, but on purpose — the deeply personal conviction that every celebration deserves to be extraordinary, because life is too precious and too short for anything less.
She began her journey in the heart of New York City, building a distinguished career as an Event Director for Fortune 500 companies. For years, she orchestrated experiences at the highest level — corporate galas, product launches, executive retreats — each one a testament to her extraordinary eye for detail and her gift for transforming a vision into reality.
In 2008, she received a cancer diagnosis that would alter the course of her life. Treatment was long, demanding, and ultimately cost her the corporate career she had spent years building. The job was gone. The title was gone. But the passion — that deep, unshakeable love for creating beautiful experiences — never left her. Not for a single day.
Where others might have seen an ending, she saw an opening. The very season that stripped so much away became the soil in which something entirely her own could grow. She took everything she knew — the expertise, the artistry, the standards she had held herself to in the boardrooms of Manhattan — and she poured it all into something that was finally, completely hers.
Lil Love Party Planning was founded not just as a business, but as an act of love — love for the craft, love for the people she serves, and love for the moments that make life worth celebrating. She named it with intention. Because every event she creates carries a little piece of her heart. And because she believes, with everything she has, that love is always worth celebrating.
Today, she serves clients across weddings, Sweet 16s, corporate events, and custom celebrations — bringing the same level of care, creativity, and professionalism that defined her Manhattan career, now infused with something even more powerful: the perspective of someone who has survived, rebuilt, and chosen joy. She is actively growing her services, and every new event is a reminder of why she started.
Every ribbon tied, every centerpiece placed, every moment designed — it all carries a piece of her heart. She doesn't just execute events. She pours herself into them.
26 years and Fortune 500 standards don't disappear when the setting changes. She brings the same level of professionalism and precision to every event, regardless of scale.
She knows, more than most, how precious these moments are. A birthday, a wedding, a milestone — these are not just events. They are the chapters people remember forever.
